This guide offers comprehensive awareness and organizational guidelines designed to help pilgrims perform their rituals and visit with ease and tranquility, enabling the Guests of Allah to prepare optimally for their spiritual journey.
The guide provides integrated, instructive content in 16 languages, covering various stages of the Umrah and visitation journey. This begins with pre-travel preparations, visa procedures, and entry requirements to the Kingdom, through to entering Ihram, performing the rituals, moving between sites, visiting the Prophet’s Mosque, and concluding with instructions and guidelines related to departure.
The “Umrah and Ziyarah Guide” follows a chronological sequence that accompanies the Umrah performer and visitor step-by-step, allowing quick access to information relevant to each stage. It includes interactive maps, links to digital services, and visual and instructional content that helps perform rituals in accordance with the Prophet’s Sunnah, making the most of the available services with absolute ease.
Furthermore, the guide features essential details regarding the Miqats, the etiquette of Ihram, Tawaf and Sa’i, praying in the Two Holy Mosques, and visitation etiquette. This is in addition to organizational instructions, health and preventive guidelines, contact numbers, and digital services required by the pilgrim and visitor throughout their trip.
The guide also provides direct links to electronic platforms and services, facilitating the transit of beneficiaries and ensuring their access to official, updated information.
